1. Return window You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2. How to start a return Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will share the next steps and the return address.
3. Refunds Once we receive and check the returned items, we process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
4. Exchanges For a different size or variant, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
5. Items we cannot accept For hygiene and safety reasons, some items cannot be returned once opened. Sale items and gift cards may be final sale. Any exceptions are noted on the product page.
6. Damaged or wrong items If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping.
7. Return shipping Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is arranged and paid by you.
