1. Processing time Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation, and then a dispatch notification with tracking once your order is on its way.
2. Delivery time Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
3. Shipping charges Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free shipping offers and their conditions are shown on the site.
4. Tracking Once dispatched, use the tracking link in your dispatch notification to follow your order.
5. Address accuracy Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
6. Delays Couriers can occasionally be delayed by weather, public holidays, or other events outside our control. If your order seems stuck, contact us and we will help.
7. International orders If we ship internationally, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
